A. Research Questions
1. What are the negative effects of technological advances on the psychological development of children
2. Bagaimanakah menyelesaikan masalah yang merupakan dampak dari  perkembangan tekhnologi tersebut.

B. Review of Previous Research
This study reviewed the importance of technology to the educational process
a.  Research Question:
Whatare the problems of implementing TQM in higher education?
Who is the customer?
Can we identify the products?
What is the role that the students play in their own learning?
b. Introduction

2.1  Purpose of the study
The main objective of the system is Total Quality management in Education. To
achieve quality in all work we are to design a system, which provide necessary
information from head to student which not only help them but also useful for their
overall development and for increasing their personal traits.

2.2Theoretical background
Total Quality Management (TQM) in Education is a timely tool, which must be
clearly understood, adopted and implemented as soon as possible. [48]. The
applicability of TQM in higher education has been the debate for many years.

3.2 Sample characteristics
The module is designed for teachers, which collect data regarding any activity done in
class, these data provide information to students/parents/administrators so that they
can know the level of every student and make efforts for poor students
3.3Main variables              
The information
is send to student/teacher/Parents/Directors (Principles)/ so at regular time interval.
Teachers, parents and director will get information about students like attendance of a
students, performance of students, behavior of students etc…from the data collected
by this module.
